If it is determined that the product needs to be sent to Catalyst Biotech or return, a Return Materials Authorization (RMA) number will be issued. ALL PRODUCT(S) SENT TO CATALYST BIOTECH MUST BE MARKED WITH AN RMA NUMBER. We ask that you:
(1) Pack the product surely in the original box packaging and
(2) Write the RMA number on the box
so that it can be efficiently tracked once it arrives at Catalyst Biotech, thus assuring prompt repair.
Catalyst biotech will not cover damage sustained in shipping due to improper packing.
