CatCam E-Series HDMI

CatCam E-Series HDMI models are multi-interface (HDMI + USB2.0 + SD card) microscoscope camera with CMOS Sensor. HDMI + USB2.0 are used as the data transfer interface to HDMI display or computer.

CatCam E-Series HDMI models with suffix 'AF' are multi-interface (HDMI + USB2.0/Wi-Fi + SD card) microscope camera with CMOS Sensor and Auto Focus Function. During HDMI output, the camera embedded Auto/Manual focus function can obtain the clear image at ease. Hence, No hand rotation of the microscope Coarse/Fine knob is needed.

Image Acquisition

For HDMI output, a camera control panel and toolbar are overlayed on the HDMI screen, while, the USB mouse can be used to set the camera, browse and compare the captured image, play the video etc. The images/videos captured are directly save onto the SD Card, mounted on the camera.

For USB2.0 output, unplug the mouse and plug in the USB2.0 cable. The video stream gets transferred to computer with the advanced software Catymage, a professional image analysis & processing software, allowing complete camera control and advanced image acquisition and analysis. HDMI or USB 2.0 plug-and-play interface eliminates the need for frame grabbers or any other additional cards to be installed and allows fast video. With Catymage, you can control the HDMI camera like any other CatCam E-Series USB Camera.

For Wi-Fi output (HDMI cameras supporting Wi-Fi operation), unplug the mouse and plug in the USB Wi-Fi adaptor and connect the computer WiFi to the camera, where the Catymage application software controls the HDMI camera like any other CatCam E-Series USB Camera.

Interactive Measurement and annotation

Measurements can be made in any unit you like, using simple calibration and measurement tool. Software elements offer all necessary measurement parameters, such as length, area, angle profile etc. Measurements can be made by drawing the objects directly on the image. All output results can be exported to excel spreadsheet. Annotations (arrow, text, etc.) attached to the image can be saved together.
