CS-U8000FL is an upright fluorescence microscope with transmitted and reflected illumination. Reflected light source being LED, which is a cold light source, it eliminates the need for cooling system or the warm up time. The microscope is built around an infinity-corrected optical system with Koehler diascopic and episcopic illumination and excellent optical quality presenting perfect image. Ergonomic design, steady system structure, easy operation, makes it suitable for various working environments..

HEAD

Viewing head
Comfortable observation with compensation free trinocular head inclined at 30°, suitable for observer, with wide interpupillary range of 48-75mm.
High eye-point ultra wide field plan eyepieces
Breaking through 20mm conventional field of view, reaching to 22mm, much smoother and wide field of view, is helpful to improve the work efficiency. Larger adjustable range of diopter from -5 to +5, meets more demands of different users.

NOSEPIECE & OBJECTIVES

Nosepiece
Large operating space with backward quintuple nosepiece and option with slot for Analyzer.
Professional Infinity plan objectives
Infinity Plan Achromatic objectives, designed for observing biological samples, present sharp and contrast images.
Plan-PH series Infinity Plan Phase Contrast objectives, improve clarity and contrast, especially suitable to observe colorless or light-colored cells.

Rectangular double layer mechanical stage 188x142mm, moving range 75x55mm, comfortable operation with low position adjustable knob.

TRANSMITTED ILLUMINATION

Condenser
Abbe Type condenser is marked with positions for respective objectives. Aspherical condenser and Kohler illumination, provides enough, even and high contrast illumination for various objective observations. Illuminator is provided with field diaphragm.
Light Source
Koehler Illumination System. 6V/30W external halogen lamp house provides transmitted light. Illuminator center is preset, hence no adjustment needed after replacing the lamp. Built-in 100-240V wide voltage transformer.

FLUOROSCOPE BOX

It uses a slider with two slots, one for the fluorescence filter and other for bright-field observation. It has LED-based epi-illuminator for blue-band fluorescence microscopy. The LED-based fluorescence epi-illuminator uses a modular design, requiring separate LED modules and filters for different light bands. The included kit generates an excitation source in the blue band, and the filter assembly allows for emissions in the green to red band.
