CS-U7000FL, is a professional upright fluorescence biological microscope, designed for Epi-fluorescence and brightfield imaging with optional Phase-Contrast, Darkfield, and Polarizing imaging. It can accomodate Three Fluorescence filters and Five objective lenses (quintuple nosepiece). It has been ergonomically designed to present a safe, comfortable and stress-free observation experience for users. With robust structure, high-definition optical image and user-friendly operating system, CS-U7000FL helps in professional analysis, and meets all the needs of microscopic research.

HEAD

Viewing head with multi-splitting ratio
CS-U7000FL viewing head is designed with multiple options for splitting ratio, with wide beam imaging system and 22mm super wide field of view is available. Trinocular head with inverted image, splitting ratio Binocular:Trinocular = 100:0 or 0:100. Trinocular head with erect image, splitting ratio Binocular:Trinocular = 100:0 or 0:100.
High eye-point ultra wide field plan eyepieces
Breaking through 20mm conventional field of view, reaching to 22mm, much smoother and wide field of view, is helpful to improve the work efficiency. Larger adjustable range of diopter from -5 to +5, meets more demands of different users.

Professional Plan Fluorite objectives
PLAN-FLUOR series infinity plan semi-apochromatic / Apochromatic objectives, is the best choice for fluorescence observation. Adopting crystal optics materials, perfectly corrects all kinds of chromatic aberrations. Large numerical aperture design presents high resolution, high contrast micro-images. In fluorescence observation, the image is clear and bright while the background is pure black, prominent for ultraviolet fluorescence.

RACKLESS STAGE

In order to correct the shortcoming of horizon guide rail, new stage is designed with double-way linear driving mechanism. This change protects the stage from overload at the end of both rails, improves the rigidity and performance of the stage.
150×162mm double layer mechnical stage (surface with ceramic treatment); with X-asis rackless, moving range 76X50mm, precision:0.1mm.
Optionally available is, 187×166mm double layer mechnical stage; with X-asis & Y-asis rackless, moving range 80X50mm, precision:0.1mm.

ILLUMINATION

Condenser
NA1.2/0.22 swing out achromatic condenser with marked iris diaphragm and aperture scale, provides sufficient and uniform light for full-field observation in different magnifications.
Light Source
Koehler Illumination System. 6V/30W external halogen lamp house provides transmitted light. Illuminator center is preset, hence no adjustment needed after replacing the lamp. Built-in 100-240V wide voltage transformer. Intensity adjustable by digital set and reset. Optionally 3W LED Lamp, external illumination is also available.

LED Fluorescence Attachment

It uses a cutting-edge 3-LED illuminator for variable-band excitation. Already included with the widely-used green (G1), blue (B1), and ultraviolet (UV2) excitation-bands, it can be used for a wide variety of common labeling or autofluorescence. Unlike single-LED fluorescence illuminators, the three LEDs are cycled using a multi-filter turret, eliminating the need to exchange light-sources. Each LED provides a precise excitation-source to eliminate non-relevant light, as well as providing maximum intensity at the targeted wavelength. Another major benefit of LED illumination is the elimination of long warm-up times and other care required by fluorescent light-sources such as mercury-vapor.
One position is left vacant for bright-field observation. It shuts the fluorescent light to prevent fluorescence quenching of the slice.
The light barrier can protect users from the harm of UV light.
