CS-IB2000F
CatScope CS-IB2000F, is a new generation of professional inverted trinocular microscope, designed for fluorescence, bright-field and phase-contrast, with a Kohler illumination system and optional mechanical stage. It offers crisp, sharp images, and advanced features. This model comes with color-corrected infinity optical system (CSIS), a movable large-working-distance condenser, 45 degree inclined trinocular head, high eye-point Plan eyepieces, long-working-distance Plan achromatic / Semi-Apochromatic objectives for fluorescence, bright-field and phase-contrast observations. It is a sturdy model, with rugged cast alloy frame and stand with stain resistant enamel finish.
HEAD
Viewing head
The Siedentopf head of CS-IB2000F, features compensation-free interpupillary-adjustment, as well as dioptric adjustment. The trinocular photo-port provides a stable platform for mounting an imaging-system without the need to remove an eyepiece. The photo-port works concurrently with both eyepieces, so there is no interruption to binocular viewing.
Ultra wide field plan eyepieces
The new-designed high eye-point extreme-wide-field eyepieces include 10X with plan field-correction, has a full bright field without chromatic circle. 22mm field of view makes it convenient and comfortable viewing.
TRANSMISSION SYSTEM
The Koehler illumination system consists of a centerable 6V/30W halogen lamp, a field lens with iris, and a centerable, height-adjustable 0.3 NA condenser with iris. The ability to center the lamp and condenser, along with the field and aperture diaphragms, allows for highly-efficient, optimized illumination for maximum resolution. The frame is rotatable and the condenser can be moved out of the optical path.
NOSEPIECE & OBJECTIVES
The infinity-corrected optical-system includes a five-lens (quintuple) turret nosepiece with a combination of Infinity Plan Fluorescence and Phase-contrast long-working-distance objective-lenses with plan field-correction and achromatic color-correction, designed for living—cells culture in laboratory, provides clear image with excellent contrast and also performs well under fluorescence observation.
STAGE
The standard configuration is supplied with a fixed plain stage. The stage can be widened on both sides to accommodate large specimens with the optional paired auxiliary stage plates. A hard coating protects the stage from scratches and wear & tear.
Attachable Mechanical Stage
Moving range: 120x78mm.
It can clamp all types of standard cell culture plates. With the help of related accessories (holders), it can be used to move the dish, flask, slide and so on.
FLUORESCENCE ATTACHMENT
It uses a Slider filter-selector which can house up to two or three fluorescence filter-blocks; already included are Blue and Green excitation blocks. High precision, stable Slider and high-performance filter ensures a drift-free image.
One position is left vacant for bright-field / Phase contrast observation. It shuts the fluorescent light to prevent fluorescence quenching of the slice.
The filter block includes excitation, dichroich, emitter modules.
The light barrier can protect users from the harm of UV light.
The use of ND attenuation filter, or aperture and field diaphragm rod can efficiently reduce the intensity of exciting light to protect the slice.
The mercury lamp house has a powerful 100W, wide-spectrum, mercury-vapor episcopic illuminator. It is also equipped with centering knobs, which helps users in adjusting the filament center to make sure that there is sufficient and uniform fluorescent illumination.
